The District Clerk's Office will be requiring the Civil Case Information Sheet to be completed in accordance with TRCP 78a upon filings of any and all Original Petition in a Civil/Family Case and certain Post-Judgment Motions under the Texas Family Code.

A $5.00 archive fee has been added for the filing of a new suit, including an appeal from an inferior court, a cross-action, counterclaim, intervention, contempt action, motion for new trial, or third-party petition, pursuant to Senate Bill 1685.
A $10.00 fee increase has been added on all Civil and Family New Case Filings.
