Fort Bend County has phased out the mailing of legal notices therefore all legal notices may be downloaded from this site. In addition vendors may download soliciation packages. Please note, some bid packages, generally construction projects must be picked up and if so notation will be noted on this site. In most cases formal Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposals and Statement of Qualifications are posted on Wednesdays and informal Request for Quotations(items under $50,000) are posted on Thursdays. It remains the vendor's responsibility to monitor this site for any addendums issued.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, September 09, 2010 at 10:00 AM (CST), in the Purchasing Department located at 4520 Reading Road, Rosenberg, TX 77471.
The Project Manual and Plans are in electronic form (1 CD). The CD may be picked up at the Fort Bend County Purchasing Department located in the Rosenberg Annex at 4520 Reading Road, Rosenberg, TX 77471 or sent Federal Express upon notifying kaminskd@co.fort-bend.tx.us with your Federal Express Account Number. CD's will be made available to general contractors only.
Subcontractors, may view the Project Manual and Plans at the Plan Rooms listed on the "Bidder's List" below.
