Mission Statement
The mission of Fort Bend County Libraries (FBCL) is to provide an environment of lifelong learning and enrichment for the entire, diverse community through responsive service and access to timely and accurate resources.
Fort Bend County Libraries has been established and is maintained under the provisions of the Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 323, subchapter A: County Libraries.
